Re: geoff lloyd 31
I served with Geoff in the 60's and up to 1976 when we left the RWF. He was a great NCO and a very good friend. My condolences go to his wife Sue and his family and friends. R.I.P Geoff you will be sadly missed. I'll see you again. God Bless.

Re: Geoff Lloyd 31
So sorry to learn about Geoff, we were recruits together at the Depot in Feb 1967,in fact there were only 5 Royal Welchmen in Palistine Platoon,Geoff ,myself,Johnny Campbell, Gerald Doughty and Spike Milligan.Geoff made recruit L/cpl (smartest chap in the Pl in or out of uniform). We joined the Bn in the summer of that year,Geoff to 3Pl myself to 1Pl,we had over the months become good friends. In Hong Kong we both ended in 2PL, me sect comd Geoff my 2i/c. I'll never forget the adventures we had in HK and the jungles of Malaya. He will be solely missed. My condolences to Geoff's family. RIP my friend. Mike
