    We have now received the details of the funeral.

    There will be a service in St Giles Parish Church Wrexham at 11am on Friday 24th February, followed by refreshments at the Barracks. Ted will be laid to
    rest in Llanfair Caereinion, a small town about 6 miles west of Welshpool. Anyone who wishes to attend the interral in Llanfair Caereinion is welcome to
    follow the hearse from the Barracks.

    RIP Ted. Many fond memories of Ted both from the Bn and when I was a PSI at Hightown Barracks were we put the world to rights on many occasion over a brew and a fag. Sincere condolences to Teds family at this very sad time. God Bless.

    There they were! Ted, Mike Salway, Doug Pope and Ray Jasper the mortar Generals stood outside the garages in Lemgo the Gods of the mortar platoon!

    Ted " where are you going Burns" my answer " um um um just going to um um" Ted " shut up and go and repaint that 432 that has just been painted, can't have a Fusilier being lazy"

    Ted was a real character with a wicked sense of humour which no doubt many of fell victim to.A good Royal Welchman and friend. Condolences to the family. R.I.P Ted.

    Very sad news talking to Ted at the reunion you would never have thought he would be taken so soon one of the strongest men I have ever known RIP Ted.
