EVRECY VISIT - OCT 2011(Organised by Swansea RWFCA)

Further to an earlier thread to Al Poole. That thread contained the many ways to consolidate and further the information to all the individual members in regards to the many social events run by branches. I am in a position to inform all and sundry, that Swansea are running a trip to Ostend on the 28th, to the 31st of October 2011.In the past we have had 5 branches on these trips, from (Carmarthen, Swansea, Bridgend, London, and Wrexham.) The details are as follow: the cost is £200-00p, we travel via the tunnel,and visit Evrecy to lay wreaths on the RWF monument as well as other trips.For further details and information contact Beth Griffiths on 01454/712640 (work) or 07828540619(mobile) you can then obtain the pick up points and timings.Important points to note prospective travellers will need to provide their own travel insurance and be in possession of an up to date U.K. passport. The insurance contract will need to include repatriation to the U.K for any serious accidents as the bus is unable to wait or alter it's itinerary

Bridgend branch RWFCA have been invited to a social evening in the Royal Welch Fusiliers Club in Walters Road on the 18th of November. I fully expect branch members and their partners from at least Cardiff, Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil,mountain Ash plus possibly Brecon as well.
