"The scoring week is deemed to be from the first match on a Saturday to the last match on the following Friday. All teams must be selected and submitted ([1] Press the “Play!” Link in the management screen to submit your team) by Friday August 13th 2010, failure to submit your team before this date may result in the loss of points for the first week."

A reminder to those that have yet to sign up -

With the Premier League season kicking off this Saturday it is important that you ensure your team has been submitted by this Friday 13th August.

To pick and submit your team team, log in and click on Team Management. Choose 433 or 442 (if you are having problems selecting a 442 team then make sure you are using Internet Explorer as your browser).

Pick your 11 players, making sure that you don't go over the £65 million budget. When you are happy click "Play!" on the mangement console and then confirm on the next page.

The pitch will disappear but you will see a list of the players you have chosen (don't worry, the pitch will re-appear on Saturday once your team has gone live).

Best of luck for the new season and don't forget, make sure you submit your team by Friday at the latest.
