9th Battalion TA, listed as "coastal duties, mostly in Sussex" as a part of 115 Brigade with 8th & 10th battalions. In July 1942 the 10th was assigned for airborne training, becoming 6th (Royal Welch) Parachute Battalion. 8th & 9th became reserve training units.
