Curly and I joined the 1RWF in 1964. A fantastic mate of myself and my late brother Ted Doutch 24.

I was gutted when I heard of Keiths Death. He was a really Great Bloke, who would help anyone if he could. He will be sorely missed. My Heartfelt Sympathies to his family.

So sad...It seems like yesterday when we were so young..we could do anything and thought we were invinsable...back in 1968 when kieth was on leave he and gerry dutton sold me on the army..thank you both,because i made so many good and lifelong mates..something which i will always be greatfull for..good bye old mate i'll see you again one day

Sad loss to everyone that knew Curly, the first time I meet him was when I arrived in Belize as a very young whitey from Blighty sprog, and he was the only NCO to treat me with any humanity, I'll never forget him for his kind actions, he was a very hard man on the outside but also had a soft compassionate side as well.
My thoughts are with his family at this sad time, and hope they get to read how well he was liked.
"Enjoy and live life to the full as this is not a rehersal for another life this is it"
