THOMAS David Brynley Peacefully on Friday, 13th June 2008 at Morriston Hospital, David aged 72 years of Lon Hafren, Caemawr, formerly of Park Avenue, Plasmarl. David will be sadly missed by his family and many friends

The Funeral will take place on Monday, 23rd June. Friends please kindly meet at Swansea Crematorium 11.00 a.m. Family request no flowers, no black to be worn. All enquiries c/o J. Ivor Griffiths. David was RWF, although we don't have his Regimental number. As far as we are aware he served 2 years National Service between 1952-55 and may have served in Germany and Malaya. At this moment the family cant find any paperwork with his number on - any ideas anyone?

Sorry to hear of his passing. Do the family have his medals, if any. Sometimes they have them mounted in an enclosed case and forget that his regimental number is on the side of any medal.

Hello All

The family of David Thomas have found his Id card. David's army number is 22939383. Hopefully this will help both forum and Branch members how might of served with David but knew him by his last two or three numbers.
