Went to see Dan on 10th april he was in very good spirit and witty humour as always, We were chatting on how he cant wait to get back to work and cracking on with things. He is now in chester at home, He said that he would be discharged towards the end of april, He is an insparation to us all. I wish him a speedy recovery and looking forward for a few beers.

spoke to Dan on the phone last night he was in high spirits because they are allowing him to Keep his driving license all be it automatic vehicles only but this is good news.
he is currently at Henley court and has had his prestetic foot fitted and is going through his phisiotherapy and all is going well.
He is also looking forward to joining the Battalion on the 5th june on our medal parade.
