Many congratulations to all of you. Looking back to Berlin, when Oggie, Wayne and Karl completed their JNCO Cadre, it was clear that even then, they all were potentially the best of their generation. Thats the strength of the regimental system. Talent spotted within their platoon, given the opportunity to develop, and allowed to flourish.

Karl well done m8 at least il be able to kip in maindy barracks now and again when out in KRDIF
