Information on my Father - Hough WW2

new to the group my farther Frederick Victor Hough joined the Royl Welch Fusiliers 1933 and served in the second world war, i am trying to find out anything i can about his time in the army as he would not talk about it, his DOB is 23/06/1912, if i am in the wrong place please tell me and i will repost
