Hello All,
Tony was buried in Laleston cemetery last Tuesday. Colonel Sir Geoffrey Inkin read the lesson. I spoke a short resume of Tony's life in the second battalion. present was Col Sir G Inkin, Major Ellingham, Major Hooley( Regt Sec Cardiff) A bugler dressed in his scarlet uniform, 6 standard bearers, and 28 comrades from the 3 old Welsh regiments.Tony's wife asked that family send flowers. All other donations to be sent to Major Ellingham to be used at Arthurs discretion for benevolence of any needy causes.Many thanks to the branches for their ACK of my first e mail relating to his premature demise.
