The Bridgend & District Branch Royal Welch Fusiliers Comrades Association have booked a Xmas dinner for the members and wives.

That's one thing Pat and I miss about living away, the organised Christmas dinner and disco afterwards. Last year we went bowling as my work celebration - 15 atypical yanks doing the high fives and "serious" bowling made for some hilarity amongst the Brit contingent, but it was still dead boring. We can't bring our spouses either - Patty's always sooo devastated. His work just go to a pub and get drunk...Can I come to yours Hon Don?

Aberystwyth branch has its Xmas Draw night on te 14th December in the RNA Club Market Street Aberystwyth @ 2000hrs.

Wrexham branch will be holding there xmass draw and dinner on the 15th december 2007 in the Wrexham lager club at 1730 hrs, and we wish all branches of RWF Comrades a good night, cheers Val.

Bargoed & Blackwood will be holding their Xmas function at Blackwood Rugby Club on Friday, 14th December. Anyone wishing to attend can get in touch with me and would be very welcome.
