It is with sadness that we announce the passing of 23217643 Ex Warrant Officer DS (Dai) Evans, who died on the 6th of November 2025 at the age of 87.

Dai served with the 1st Battalion Royal Welch Fusiliers (1 RWF) from 1954 to 1974. Following his service, he retired to Crickhowell, where he was an active and valued member of the Comrades Association, initially with the Brecon & Blaenavon Branch, which later became the Crickhowell Branch and was subsequently incorporated into the Brecon Branch.

In keeping with Dai's wishes, the funeral will be a private service for the family only.
