Please find below the Calling Notice and Returns Proforma for the Regimental Reunion North, which will once again be held in Wrexham on Saturday 6th September 2025.
Following on from the great event last year, the day will start with a short service at the RWF Memorial at 1100 hrs, followed by an informal curry luncheon at Coleg Cambria.
The cost is £10 per head, which includes a chicken or vegetarian curry and a pint, glass of wine or soft drink. Each meal ticket will also come with a token for a free beer. Wives and partners are very welcome to attend.
This year, there are also some great extras on offer from Wrexham Lager, including brewery tours and a limited edition 5L keg to commemorate the Royal Welch Fusiliers.
For the full details on timings, menu choices, payment, and how to book the brewery tour or pre-order a keg, please read the attached letter.
To confirm your attendance, please complete the proforma at the link below and return it to Adrian Kent by Friday 22nd August 2025. Returns can be made by email to adrian.kent118@mod.gov.uk or by post to: RHQ The Royal Welsh, Maindy Barracks, Cardiff, CF14 3YE.
It promises to be a fantastic opportunity to catch up with old friends and comrades and we hope to see a great turnout.

Re: Regimental Reunion North (Wrexham): Saturday 6th September 2025
The Regimental Reunion North occurred on Saturday, 6th September, in Wrexham. A brief memorial service was held at The Royal Welch Fusilier Memorial at 11:00 AM, with pastoral support provided by Reverend Petra Goodband. Three wreaths (Wrexham Council, Royal Welch Fusiliers, and Royal Welsh) were subsequently laid by The Deputy Mayor of Wrexham Council, Mr. Jeremy Kent, Captain (Retired) Des Williams DCM, and Major (Retired) Adrian Kent.
Standard bearers were present from the Shotton & Deeside Branch, Wrexham Branch, Shrewsbury Branch, and Welshpool Branch of The Regimental Association of The Royal Welsh.
We sincerely thank WO2 Benny Ball for his unwavering support as parade marshal. Connor Christian (consort to the Deputy Mayor) and Beverly Parry-Jones (Armed Forces Champion for Wrexham) were also present as guests of The Regimental Association.
