Saturday 7^th September 2024

1000hrs: Mayors Reception: This will take place in the cafeteria area of Coleg Cambria. Three members per Branch to attend, please, but possibly not those wishing to march as part of the Freedom Parade.

1040hrs: Freedom Parade: The 1^st and 3^rd Battalion The Royal Welsh, Comrades and Cadets, will exercise their right to the Freedom of Wrexham by marching through the City with Bayonets Fixed and Colours Flying.

Branches are asked to inform the Comrades Secretary (des.williams721@mod.gov.uk) of the numbers from their Branches who wish to march, including Standards.

The Format for the Parade will be:

· 1040hrs Form up on Llwyn Isaf Green, under Keith Jones14.
· 1100hrs Inspection
· 1125hrs Freedom March through the City.
· 1200hrs Parade arrives at the Cenotaph and forms up for the Remembrance Service.
· 1210hrs Remembrance Service
· 1230hrs Comrades Reunion Lunch at Coleg Cambria.

Those who wish to join the Remembrance Service at Cenotaph but will not march are asked to be in the area of the Memorial Hall by 1200hrs. As many Branch Standard Bearers as possible. Format of the parade will be as normal, forming around the Memorial.

Reunion Lunch.

As last year, the Reunion Lunch will take place at Coleg Cambria, which is just across the road to the RWF Cenotaph. You are asked to be seated by 1230hrs.

Reunion Costs 2024

The cost to individuals for this year’s Reunion Tickets is as follows:

Annual Reunion Luncheon = £15.00.
