41 Indian beach group

So my Grandfather was in 1 Btn RWF for his 7 years colour and 5 years as reserve, then over to 2nd Btn when mobilized.
Having got his service records from NA it pans out as follows.....most I have gleaned from the books
Regimental records of the Royal Welch Fusiliers.
The bit I need more info is his role in the Indian Beach Grp's? Anybody throw any light on where they were etc??

The Imperial War Museum holds a file on the 41st Indian Beach Group taken from the Malayan News dated 22/10/1945. Catalogue number : Document 5029.
The National Archives Kew also hold some information under Burma: Beach Groups : 41 Indian Beach Group : H.Q., for the period January 1945 to December, 1945.
Neither of these documents are available on line.

Thanks, actually I do have the WO/ numbers for the NA and will jump on the tube for the day in the summer. I didn't know about the war museum holding a file, so that's something I'll definitely explore. Thx Dave
