Mr Meirion Thomas aged 84, a loyal members of Bangor & District RWF CA Branch passed away on March 14^th after a long illness.
He had been in a nursing home for a number of years.

Meirion was a member of the Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team for a number of years, and well into his 70s would walk down from the summit of Snowdon every day (unless there was deep snow).

His funeral will be held at the Bangor Crematorium on 11^th April at 11.00 A M.
Donations gratefully received towards The Air Ambulance and the Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team.
