Researching my Uncle served in RWF WW2

I would like help finding out where my uncle served in WW2 sorry I don't have a service no. we only had 2 photos to go on and recognised the RWF cap badge.
Details- David James Walters (Dewi) b1920 Neath Glamorganshire d1980 Neath. We know he was in North Wales as he married Muriel Pepper from Caernarfon 1944 and settled there.
His address on enlisting would have been 4, Heol Pant Glas, Bryncoch, or if he enlisted before 1939 Rhyddings Cottages, Bryncoch. His parents were David James and Mary Ann Walters.
