Re: wrexham
I would have thought that is being discussed by the Association committee right now and they will look at all options and they will let all Branch Secretaries know when a decision is reached. Other than that at the moment it is still in.

Re: wrexham
If it takes place it will not be a reunion as we know it, it will just be the Memorial Parde and then the Lunch, there will be two briefings at the lunch. so what was a two day thing is no just a few hours. The reason is they say is that we the Comrades do not support the other activities, so it is up to you.

Members, This was in the latest update from RHQ. Issued Tuesday 30 June.
Wrexham Reunion 5 September.
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 we have had to cancel this year's Wrexham Reunion. The virus has not gone away and there have been a couple of serious outbreaks in North Wales. Although the Reunion is cancelled, we will still carry out our Act of Remembrance.
To mark this year's Reunion the planned act of remembrance will focus on comrades' lives lost over the year and the particular historic events commemorated by significant anniversaries this year - Dunkirk, VE day and VJ day. It is planned to hold the Act of Remembrance Service at the Royal Welch Fusiliers Memorial on Saturday 5th September 2020.
We will conform to the Social Distancing required at the time.
Timings:
1100 hrs Tea and Coffee in and outside the Memorial Hall
1115 hrs Mayor's Reception
1200 hrs Act of Remembrance
We will all disperse after the service. The new and slightly later time is to allow time for those wishing to attend the short service to travel.
