Bob Shaw

Its with much sadness and regret that I have to inform you of the death of Bob Shaw ex D coy after a short illness. Committal will be at Pentre Bychan cremetorium, Wrexham, 13.30 Friday 30th October. My sympathy to Bob's family and friends.

Rest in peace mate.

Another very well known member passes. A very sad day.

Dear All,
Under a sunny sky, family and Friends gathered at “Pentrebychan Crematorium” Wrexham at 1330hrs Friday 30th October 09 accompanying Dear Bob Shaw on his final journey. Bob passed away after a short illness on Thur 22 Oct 09, he was aged 61. A most polished eulogy was given by a family friend. The Coffin was draped with the Regimental Flag “The Royal Welch Fusiliers” A sea of Regimental ties, worn by his Regimental family was very much in evidence, many travelling from log distance. I am instructed by Bob’s family to express their sincere thanks to everyone for the kindness and sympathy extended to them at this time of sorrow. Regimental family gathered with Bob’s family and friends at the “Fusilier Lounge” Ramada Hotel following the service.
