Hi Gaz, The good old days in Berlin aye, sometimes i wish the Battalion were there again! but i don't think it would be the same again without the characters we had there. Whats going on in Pwllheli nowadays, haven't been there for about 3 years now (too busy at work).

I don't think the 'old and bold' will take to kindly to us hijacking the weekend as an exclusive Berlin get together, although Im sure Berlin will be mentioned on more than a few occassions in Sept!! There is obviously a lot of sentiment still for Berlin, so perhaps if the quiz I do goes down ok, we could all come to Comrades weekend armed with our own Berlin teasers. Im sure the questions will cause some heated debates. I will sort quiz for next week on the forum and speak to Bob re the best format to adopt!! Oh, and no phoning Oasksey in Berlin for some answers!!!

I was in Berlin last year when attached to OPTAG Sennelager has'nt changed much still a fine selection of GAS COOKER'S.
And your other old drinking establisment of Black & Whites Ayia Napa is still going strong.
