I have just had confirmation that our dinner will take place on Saturday 7th May 2016 As usual we will have members their Friday night leaving on Sunday 9th after breakfast.
The newsletter will come out in the new year with all the details. Please remember that accommodation must be booked by the individuals
If anyone has anything for inclusion in the newsletter, can you please send it to me mjph2414@gmail.com.

I'm not planning on attending this year but a few new names and/or a nice high attendance might swing me.

before I put up the list, I would like to mention why we had a delay this year in the sending out of the newsletter, we thought that in past years we have sent out the dinner details earlier and they have been put aside to complete closer to the date, and they have been forgotten about, this year we have sent them out a little later and we seem to be getting replies back straight away.

hi martin, I see you have carol attending on her own, I think that may be Sandra. I am preparing to submit my return as we speak.
That doesn't work for me I'm afraid, there's a couple of people attending that, with more notice, I may have made an effort for but I've found out too late. If details are sent out earlier here on the forum they can be easily bumped to the top and the same is true for group email. There's also a LOFs FB page that has had zero activityQuote:

Sorry Martin, I got confused between newsletter and list of attendees. I'd like the list of attendees to start earlier ... unless of course no-one commits until one month before. It's unlikely I could do that and it's certainly too late now. Unless I missed something the first published list of attendees is your post above of Apr 16.
Yes it was John, but that was when they started coming in and I listed them on the Forum. So sorry that you cannot make it, I enjoy our chats at the bar at the end of the night, we are very short on numbers this year due to holidays, maybe we should move back to April!!!!!
