Hi Steve planned Venue for Sat 2nd May 2015. Central Hotel (Upstairs Function Room). Trallwn, Pontypridd (Approx 5mins fm Pontypridd Town Centre). Entertainment/Buffet supplied by Landlord. Definite numbers need to be confirmed by end of January @ the latest as to wether we go ahead with the above

or stay with the Ex Servicemans Club Cardiff!! It's a Bank Holiday Wkend,so there will be entertainment in the Central on the Sunday afternoon as well.

I know I haven't made a Reunion yet (due to changing circumstances at the time) so perhaps I'm not the best person to make a comment but if its held in Pontypridd and from what I have read it'll be upstairs then that will definitely rule me out as obviously i can't get upstairs in my wheelchair. As I said my circumstances should not influence the decision as I am only one bloke and as I said haven't been able to get to a Reunion yet. At the end of the day if the vast majority are happy to hold it in Pontypridd then i say go for it. Its all about getting the blokes together.

Where ever its held, have you thought about putting some entertainment on (disco etc). I'm sure if you asked the lads for a minimal contribution to the cost they wouldn't say no. I know from experience there are disco's out there for as little as £200. Just a thought, hope I'm not speaking out of turn
