Going better on FB but so early yet, it's a job to make commitments so far in advance.

With these events having to be sorted out well ahead of time.
All people can do realy is book leave and hotels/bbs and hope alls fine on the day.
we did have a few call off last min for the RWFCA reunion in Cardiff last week.but we still had about 65 on the night.
and a great night it was.....
