I had a chat with Tony Lewis today at the mess,
my concerns were with the list getting bigger weather there would be room in the lounge.
he tells me that we should get up to sixty in the bar comfortable,
and the buffet can be set up in the Cardiff room across the corridor from the lounge.
so all on the ground floor.
i would still ask you to consider the buffet...

Yo Chow, great to see the numbers getting bigger, can you outline the dress for the night, ie regt tie jacket trousers or suit,lets make it a night to remember, i will be going down on the Friday, meeting a few of the lads for a drink. meeting up again on the saturday for a couple before going to the club for the main event.

Comrades we are at 60 attendees. 42 of which have requested the buffet.
The £1 a head levy for the bar person will be collected on entry to the mess.
The £5 a head will be collected on entry for the buffet.
This looks like it is going to be a great night for a beer and reminisce .

Anyone driving into Cardiff city centre to attend the function, Westgate St is closed to all traffic from the castle entrance, due to road works.
Comrades we are..59 strong with 42 requiring the buffet.
£1 on the door for all..
£5 a head for the buffet.
still a week to go so room yet for more,if you know any one who would like to attend please make them aware of the dress code for the mess.
I will print the attendance list on the 3rd of May as i will be travelling on the Friday..
if names are not on the list then people should have a think,because some times refusal can offend...and they will be refused entry to the mess.
We are close to capacity for the room booked (health and safety)
so to have to move rooms at the last minuet would be a pain,...
