He won't lose his position as ACPO boss on traffic related issues, purely for the fact that he is in the process of handing it over to The Chief constable of Nottingham anyway!!(having done his 2yr stint) If he was still in that role, there is no way he would have been able to keep it.

According to the Daily Post, he is in Wrexham Magistrates court on November 21st. I doubt he will lose his job, but I very much doubt he will keep his licence. ( Famous last words!!...I may live to regret that in three weeks time!)
