Condolences to Mac's familey from all members of Denbigh and District Branch The Royal Welch Fusiliers Comrades Association Branch. RIP Mac.
‘Mac’ and I served together in the Signals Platoon in Minden and Honiton. He was the consummate professional, diligent and hard working. He also had a wicked sense of humour, which you could always tell was near the surface by the tiniest of grins and a glint in his eye.
My life is richer for having known him. His demise is a great loss to me and to our entire community. His family has every right to be proud of him, not only for his service to his country, but as a Royal Welchman extraordinaire.
Our heartfelt condolences are with Sharyn, Darryl, Nicola and Donna. I cannot begin to imagine the pain they are feeling, but the thoughts and prayers of the whole forum are with them at this most difficult time.”
As Shakespeare said in Hamlet, “I shall not look upon his like again.”
Sharyn our thoughts are with you at this sad time, RIP Mac.
