National Hunt Horse Racing Competition 2009/2010
We will be running a Master Tipster National Hunt Racing Competition for 2009/2010. The competition will run from 24 Oct 2009 until the Bet365 Gold Cup day at Sandown on 24 Apr 2009.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

There will be an entrance fee for each competitor of £10.00. This is to discourage time-wasters and to make the competition more interesting!<o:p></o:p>

RULES:
1. The competition will commence at 00:01 on Sat, 24 Oct 2009, and end at 23:59 on the Sat, 24 Apr 2010. The competition is open to all members of the Forum. <o:p></o:p>
2. Once entered into the competition, an entrant can select up to, and no more than, 183 horses (equates to one horse a day over the period of the competition) entered in any National Hunt race. If you haven't used all your 183 selections before the end of the competition, £10 will be deducted from your Bank for every selection you fail to make.<o:p></o:p>
3. Each competitor will be given a theoretical Bank of £1,000. Each time you enter a selection in the Competition it will carry a theoretical stake of £10 Win at SP. Each Way bets are not accepted - all bets are settled as WIN ONLY.<o:p></o:p>

4. The selection must be posted in an unedited post at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the event (the events local time). <o:p></o:p>

5. Naps. You may declare up to 20 Naps throughout the competition. This means that a horse declared as a Nap will have a stake to £20 placed on it. Post should be made as shown: <o:p></o:p>

6. Race results - these will be entered into a spreadsheet at the end of each day. The spreadsheet will be uploaded every day for competitors to view.
7. The entrant who made the most profit on a single selection throughtout the competition will receive a bonus of £100, which will be added to their virtual Bank on 24 Apr 2010.<o:p></o:p>
8. The winner will be the entrant with the highest Bank at midnight on the last day of the competition. In the event of there being a tie for any of the prizes, the entrant who made the most profit on a single selection will be declared the winner. In the event of there still being a tie, the entrant who has the highest Strike Rate (SR%) will be deemed the winner. In the unlikely event of there still being a tie, a winner will be selected at random.<o:p></o:p>
Additional Competition Rules
<o:p></o:p>
· Non-runners do not count as a selection. Replacement horses may be posted for non-runners. <o:p></o:p>
· A horse may be DELETED up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the selection's race <o:p></o:p>
· If applicable, industry Dead Heat Rules will apply <o:p></o:p>
· If applicable, industry Rule 4 will apply to Starting Prices <o:p></o:p>
· First past the post winners who are subsequently demoted will be treated as losing selections <o:p></o:p>
· Cheating - In the event of a player attempting to circumvent the rules of the competition in any way, including the use of multiple user names then that person will forfeit any prize money due and will also not be permitted re-entry to any competitions run in conjunction with www.rwf-forum.co.uk<o:p></o:p>
· Appeals - In the event of a player disputing the settlement of any bets they should send me an email as soon as possible providing details on the issue giving rise to their dispute. Appeals should be sent to me at webmaster@rwf-forum.co.uk<o:p></o:p>
· Fair Play - in the event of a dispute arising, or event not covered within the above rules I reserve the right as game administration to make such decisions which I consider fit having regard to the general principles of fair play. In such case, and time permitting I shall also seek the views of a wide cross section of users.<o:p></o:p>

Bob any chance of adding a Bonus..say £100 for the highest price Nap in the comp as we have had in the past.

The original rule was:
"The highest priced nap bet throughout the competition will receive a bonus of 50 points on 31/12/07."
We can adapt this to:
"The entrant who made the most profit on a single selection will receive a bonus of £100, which will be added to their virtual Bank on 24 Apr 2010."<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

Yes I will amend the old one I have and will kept it up to date.
Would it be possible for you to give me access so I can edit posts, ie: add none runner, inform them that the race was a flat race ect. just to make life a bit easier.......
