Songs by the Boys
Not having been a member for long there has been plenty of reading to do on the forum . What a great forum it is . So many names are being refreshed in my mind with so many memories . All I hasten to add , good ones . All this got me thinking , there have been many characters within the Regiment over the years and these characters to some extent , made the Regiment great .
I have fond memories of certain characters performing certain songs that will always belong to them . Examples that spring to mind are;
Skipper Wood - The Ugly Bug Ball
Nick Ravenhill - Gringo
Charlie Fenton - Its a Long Way to Tipperary
Richie Irvine - The Quartermasters Stores
There's a few to get you started , how many can you recall .

Re: Songs by the Boys
if anyone has the time and you want to put pen to paper and send these songs to me i will make up the song sheets and put them in wallet in both messes and try to revive some of the old and new favorites they can either be posted to me as CSM FSP Coy or just place onto here and i will copy them. we only get to really sing at Dai,s day Alma or Xmas day but we could try and revive this in the messes. PS have just spent a week revamping the Mess and found some really old presentation which are now repaired and back on the wall where they belong looking forward to the LOF meeting soon
