Just a reminder to you all that due to Easter Weekend being on the original booking date for our 2025 Reunion Dinner, we have moved it to the weekend of the 25th - 27th April with the dinner on Saturday Night. You can now start booking rooms as they have put a number aside for us. Booking paperwork will be out in January.

56th Annual Reunion
The 2025 Reunion will take place over the weekend from Friday, 25th April to Sunday, 27th April, with the Annual Dinner being held on Saturday, 26th April. Please note that this is one week later than previously announced due to it coinciding with Easter Weekend.
We require substantial support to maintain the success of previous years. The price of the dinner remains at £40.00 per person. We hope this does not deter attendance, as there will still be a complimentary bar for half an hour before dinner and wine will be provided on the tables as customary.
We remind all members that any former or serving Officer may attend as a paying guest. If you are in contact with any, please keep them informed. We distribute the newsletter to some former Serving Officers, who we hope will consider attending. Cadet Force SNCOs serving in RWF ACFs, including those who have been commissioned, are also welcome.
The venue for the 2025 Dinner will once again be the Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5DY. Please book your rooms as soon as possible; the hotel is holding a limited number of rooms for us for a short period. Contact details: Tel: 01597 823700, Fax: 01597 824828.
The itinerary, subject to confirmation, is as follows:
Friday, 25th April:
· Members begin to arrive at the Metropole Hotel.
Saturday, 26th April:
· Remaining members arrive.
· Executive Committee Meeting if required (timings TBC, assemble in the bar prior to the meeting).
· 1900 - 1930hrs: Assemble in the bar for pre-dinner drinks.
· 1930hrs: Photo, Dinner, followed by a raffle and music until late.
Sunday, 27th April:
· 0800 - 0930hrs: Breakfast.
· By 1100hrs: Members depart.
Rates:
· Friday Night: Dinner and B&B Rate at £65.00 per person.
· Saturday Night: £75.00 B&B.
Please inquire about single occupancy supplements when booking.
The cost of the Reunion Dinner will be £40.00 per person. The Metropole requires a £20.00 deposit, necessitating individual bookings.
A deposit for each meal is required upon booking, and all meals must be paid for in advance. Therefore, we need to know the number of attendees as soon as possible. Please complete the attached Booking Form and return it promptly with your cheque for £40.00 per person.
Please note that your booking for the dinner on Saturday night will remain unconfirmed until payment is received.
We urge you not to delay this task. Submit your booking form and cheque promptly to ensure your participation.
This event offers wonderful opportunities to renew friendships, make new acquaintances, and reconnect with comrades, all while enjoying the beautiful area. If you can only attend one event this year, please prioritise this one.

Hello Martin,
I’m disappointed that I won’t be able to make it to this year’s LOFs Reunion—I’ve got a long-term holiday booked that week, and unfortunately, I can’t change the dates.
I know it’s going to be a fantastic time, and I’ll miss catching up with everyone!
I’ve already marked my calendar for next year’s reunion and will do my best to be there.
