I'm researching the military history of my 3 x times gr grandfather sgt James Ingham. He was in the 23rd Reg of Foot (Royal Welch Fusiliers) for almost 30 years seeing action in the Peninsular wars & Waterloo. He eventually retired as a Chelsea Pensioner. I've already discovered that he was quite a character!
