Identification of Personnel on Attached pdf picture

Hi All,
I am currently doing research on the RWF out in India during the late Victorian / Early Edwardian period. I have been passed the attached picture but it has no associated names. It is a long shot but I dont suppose any budding researchers on the forum happen to know any names of personnel on the picture ?

Brilliant photograph, so clear, but as a former Conscript serving with 7 Field Ambulance, BFPO 36 in the 1950's, I've been on many parades but never, ever have I been on parade when an Officer is cuddling a small dog. If you missed it, enlarge the photo and check the front row.
