4th cadet bn from Ruthin rebadge from RW

HI all , i was told today that Ruthin school who were running a cadet platoon for the 6 th bn Rwf / RW have re badged in hightown barracks to Reme.
Also the Qdg and welsh guards have pushed there presence in Wrexham stroke North wales, but with all the confusion of the merger and confusion with ex RWf on details of whats happened , The RW from every bn must raise the profile of the new Regiment and not lose there foothold in Wrexham and North wales.
These kids are future Royalwelchmen and the public must be made aware that the RW still carry on the traditions of both RWF/RRW and are still a family Regiment with close ties to all areas of North and South wales.
From living in a town with very strong links with the RWF, it would be a shame for the new bns to be pushed out by back stabbing civil servants and corrupt politicians, from there home ground. Val.
