New Year Resolutions
What's your New Year's resolution?
New Year's Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It's a time to reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make and resolve to follow through on those changes.
So, whether your goal is to lose weight, exercise regularly or stop smoking, post it here.
As we all know the problem is that most good intentions get derailed within a few weeks. Therefore, we will follow-up those members that do post a resolution to see how they are doing and to offer our encouragement!
Some favourite resolutions for the coming year are:
Fit in Fitness; Tame the Bulge; Stop Smoking; Enjoy Life More; Quit Drinking; Learn Something New

Re: New Year Resolutions
Hello Keith Will & Gwyn Nichols,
I am 74 today. And had two new full knee implants done on the same day 8/2/06. I am still having trouble, and the operation is not all it is cracked up to be. Unless the fault lies with the Princess of Wales Hospital Bridgend. A matter for conjecture. I was told I could throw my crutches away and give up the pain killers after 3 months. I am still on the Tablets????
Pro Bono Publico.

Re: New Year Resolutions
Sut Mae Don? Sorry to hear your knees are still painful, I hope it improves soon, maybe it's the cold climate? Whatever the condition of your knees, your still our favorite Hon Don and I Loves Ya Lots.
Happy New Year.

Re: New Year Resolutions
Hello Sharon,
I replied about the knees as it is not as clear cut as a lot of people think.First it is best to ask questions about which type of knee you are having and what the physiotherapy is and what is the projected time scale for recovery. I have heard of a lot of people of varying ages who have had one and some times both knees done and a 12 month is regarded as par for the coursem Many thanks for your best wishes.Love you too.
Regards Don
