Death of R E (Bob) ROBERTS 22430239 1st Battalion RWF - 1950-1952

It is with deep regret that I have to announce the death of Bob Roberts who was a life member and former President of the Denbigh and District Branch The Royal Welch Fusiliers Comrades Association. No further details are available, these will be published when known.

Rest in Peace Bob. My sincere condolences to the Family at this sad time.

Bob was also the President of the Denbigh and District Branch of the Royal British Legion, he was also the Poppy organizer for Years. I think he must have held every post in the Branch at one time or other. A man that will be sorely missed. Condolences to Bobs Family and Many, Many Friends. Braz

I have just been informed that the Funeral Arrangements for the Late Mr Bob Roberts is as follows:-

Wednesday 5th June, St Mary's Church Denbigh at 1045hrs. Followed by Cremation for Family only. A reception will be held at the Conservative Club after the funeral. Braz

The funeral will take place on Wednesday 4th June 2014. Not 5th as already stated.
