Perhaps not the right choice of words but IMHO he is only stating what many people believe,me included. I do not consider myself a racist but you can't say anything these days without all the precious left wingers/PC brigade jumping on their soap box.
I aint racist but if the cash given to foreign aid (which is in the main used to keep the countries elite in booze, fags and a great life) was put back into THIS country there would be no need for cuts to the armed forces and most of the deficit could be wiped out in a couple of years without any cuts at all.

On the news this morning we give 1 billion in aid to an African country who is spending it on trying to put a man into space, erm something wrong there charities in this country raising money to build wells for good water and grow crops but the elite of the country don't spend the money on giving there people a better quality of life they want to build a bloody space ship instead.

Charity begins at home!
Indeed it should do, however it would seem that our government does not subscribe to that august theory. Charity apparently should go to foreign countries so they can have big armies with lots of great weapons many parties for the relevant countries elite whilst there people starve if WE don't put money into charity.
Why are we giving aid to India? They have a Space Program!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lets face it we give money to all manner of countries most of whom hate us and many of whom are becoming big players on the on the global sales markets. I do feel there may be a lot of guilt feelings from our present and past governments because of our colonial past however to make cuts in our defence and wages etc just to keep paying out to other countries is in my view totally out of order since we should be looking after our own country first.
