It is my sad duty to announce the death of Karen Lloyd wife of Ossie Lloyd. Karen's funeral will take place on THURSDAY, 14th FEBRUARY, 10am at the Cremetorium in Wrexham, afterwards at the Gospel Hall in Wrexham. The family has requested only family flowers but any donations can be made to Nightingale House
I never know what to say to someone at a time like this because "I'm sorry for your loss" sounds so pitiful and nothing we can say will ease the pain at this time.
But, on behalf of the whole forum, I would like to offer our sincere condolences to Ossie. Our thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time.
Such sad news. Of all the ladies Pam and I knew in the Army, Karen was probably the kindest, gentle person you could ever wish to meet. Our love and thoughts go out Ossie and the family. Godbless Karen.
Yes so sad Karen was our Neighbor in Tern Hill a lovely lady so kind and mild mannered , my condolences to Ossie and the family at this very sad time, God Bless.

What a shock, such very sad news. Karen was a lovely lady and with Ossie formed a formidable partnership. She was a big part of Alpha Company in Lemgo and later at Ternhill. My heartfelt condolences to Ossie and their family.
