Dutch Allow Ciggies again in Small Bars

TAhe Netherlands has become the 1st European Country to Overturn it's Ban on Smoking in certain Bars.
A New Liberal Dutch Government is to allow smoking in small owner run Bars with No other Staff.

Seems the Old Brown Cafes as we know them have been Struggling since the Ban was Introduces. Braz. Oh this was in Todays SUN Page 40:Randy-git:

Dont smoke myself but would like to see a return of a person exercising his/her right to light up in public places, especialy drinking establishments. Cant see it happening in the UK though.
