if it goes ahead all security companies still have to hold records of disclosures,it will be a lot cheaper for the individual,and lets be honest when you apply for a SIA licence alls they do is check your records but charge you over £200 for doing so,so it will still be difficult for people with a record to get in,saying that you can still apply for a SIA license even if you have a criminal record,so as a company you can still be fined if you were found to employ staff without a acceptable disclosure,most private security firms in Iraq and Afghan i do believe only work on disclosure,
