Can someone record the programme, so those of us who don't live in Wales can see the best Regiment in Afghan?

If you are not in Wales but have Sky you might be able to get it around the channels 980's, it won't show on my box because we get ITV London, any one know for sure who lives out side Wales?

Well I just selected my channel list selected itv wales 103 pressed info and ended up with a green screen and no TV at all HelP!!

Any Ideas anyone how to get my SKY back???

I tried the link above living in England cannot get ITV Wales, however I followed the guide on the link and can now view ITV wales. Happy Days.
