Afghanistan - Fusilier S V Smart

I am trying to trace Fusilier S V Smart. I am not sure if he is \ was a 1st Bn or 2nd Bn.

I know he served in Afghanistan, but do not know if he is still serving?

Can anyone assist ?

im 100 percent sure fus smart is still on the books of the ist btn
however he hasnt been in work for weeks im sure he is sick on leave
if not discharged ill confirm tuesday 13th i know he had his services leavers pack
