Robin Peel

Does anyone know of whereabout of Robin Peel from Cheltenham, who was a member of the 1st Battalion RWF Band in the late 1950s-1960s.
I would like to hear from anyone who can help.

Hi Ianto,I too.In my dotage have found this site and trying to trace long lost 'names'I was in RWF Band 63 to 69,vaguely recall you on trombone,I sat with.Jack Stewart,John Dineen,Tony Durkin.Jones 14.? Cadman,?Davies all cornet players.Left prior to Band going to Hong Kong,Not by choice,but due to family circumstances. I remember Rob Peel,Clarinet player,I recall him in Minden,Germany,I was Band clerk,under Ronnie Lawson,And rememder Rob's leave pass to:-38.Levenshulme,Manchester(Did we have post codes in those days?)Other names surfacing are:-Grimes Brothers,Alan Lewis,Johnnie Bellairs,Ray Paul Jones 44.Will 06.16.18.Chris O,Connor-Veteran of Schertogenbosch.HARRY PARTRIDGE-who could forget Harry (Cpl)The Green Brothers.Will try to recall more,Hop[e ypou get in touch with Rob.I know that the last two members in th band of 'my day'were Jones 44(Wayne)bass and Will 16(sax)Both colour sergeants about 20 yrs ago when they visit4ed,as a band to play at Dewsbury Town Hall,Yorkshire,too much of a chance to miss,had a good chat.Hope you will keep in touch.Stuart,Harry,Bunty?Brunton.and possibly trace other members.Stuart Brunton.(239870642)
