Sorry about this announcement, but due to the lack of replies shown I have had to postpone the Reunion until a further date.

The interest was there but the no show of people attending was not worth going ahead.

Nice to hear from you after all these years. I will e-mail Tom 51 and see whats occuring!!

We normally get together during a rugby weekend. Wales are playing during the next two weekends so it is a bit of short notice, so it could be in the Autumn.

I will keep you informed.

I was just looking at some of the names below who have viewed this thread. Some names from the past! It would be great if we could get some of them to come down to Penygroes RFC for a rugby weekend. Most would be from the South/Mid Wales area??

hello everyone the date is set for 6th november wales are playing australia fun starts at 1 ish i will put a bbq/lamb roast on and after the game we go next door for a night of entertainment and raise money for the gelli aur appeal which is a rehabilitaion hospital for injured welsh troops in wales. i will put details up for local accomodation later on. so come down and meet some old buddies who cant go up to wrexham and have a warm welcome at penygroes rfc sat nav type in SA147NP THANK YOU. I have priced the Travelodge in Crosshands, £19 for bed only. However you need to book a.s.a.p.

I have spoken to several persons who have shown an interest in going to Jeff's on the 6th.

I joined the Anti-tanks January 74, so you probably had left the regiment by then. Alan Llewelyn, also known as Llew was in the Ant-tanks when I was there!

Bennytheball mentioned in a thread that you are meeting in the nags head for your reunion.
Alphas have the up stairs function room booked it has room for forty so plenty of room,it has a bar and w/c.
but steep stairs.
Talk to Ned Huntly he is looking after the Alphas.

Sorry you have been misinformed. We are having our reunion on Saturday 8th October at Penygroes RFC, just outside Ammanford.

Bob Powell, Mick Carnell and hopefully Geof Bassatte are among some of the guys coming.

I will compile a list, but it is getting bigger each day.
