I have been reading up on the use of Solar panels for home use. Anybody on the forum with the above gear? I would like to know how well they actually work and from one who has them rather than from one who sells them. Cheers. Nick

I don't sell them but I do a significant amount of work for the Carbon Trust and it's subsidiaries that promote and install them (Public Relations).
What you pay for is what you get mate. They are'n't cheap and can these days provide a significant amount of hot water and or renewable energy dependent on what system you have installed.
Go onto their web site and they will give you all the info on micro home systems you will need to know to make an informed decision.
