It is our intention to hold the above Reunion at Glyndwr University, Wrexham on the Comrades Weekend, Fri-day 4th, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September 2009.
The Reunion Dinner itself will be held on the Saturday evening at 1900hrs - 2030hrs, with the bar opening at 1830hrs. This will give us plenty of time after the meal to join our fellow Comrades in Wrexham Town to continue our festivities.
The meal will consist of Steak and Chips with trimmings, apple pie and custard and coffee. The total cost for the evening meal and bed and breakfast at Glyndwr University for the Saturday only will be £45. Further night stays at the University will be at a cost of £30 per night bed and breakfast.
If you have already made arrangements for you accommodation then the meal will be £15.
I understand that should transport be required there will be a mini bus available from the University, however you will have to find your own transport for the return journey, which I believe is a 10 to 15 minute walk.
Would those of you that have a serious intention of attending the Reunion complete this form (http://rwf-forum.co.uk/vBulletin/misc.php?do=form&fid=7) and forward it to myself as soon as possible.
Please make cheques payable to Glyndwr University. All cheques will not be paid to the University until after the Comrades weekend
