It is with great sadness to report the passing away of "Burma" Bob Jones (1st Bn RWF 1939-1945) in the Countess of Chester Hospital on Monday eving the 9th Feb 09. Bob was a staunch member of the Shotton & Deeside Branch RWFCA for many years until he took ill and resided in Bryn Edwin Nursing Home Flint. He will be sadly missed by all. Details of Bob's funeral are not know at this present time, but as soon as I receive them I will inform everyone on by the Forum.

Bob's funeral service will take place at the All Saints Church at Saughall Chester on Tuesday 24th Feb 09 at 1400hrs
