Prince harry pass out

On the lunchtime ITV news, they showed the Queen presenting a sword to Prince Harry on his pass out from Sandhurst (3 years ago). To the right of the queen (as you look at her), was a I believe a Royal Welchman.

Has anyone got any ideas who it may be, if he is one of ours?
