anybody know the whereabouts of maurice came from merthyr tydfil and seemed to spent most of his army life being AWOL in fact on one attempt to get home from Tidworth was hitch hiking and got picked up by one of the battalion coach's that was making its way up to manchester to do the fire fighting this was 1977 and was then handed over to the police.Mind you having nearly been shot by Giff 29 on the emergency tour (77) you can't blame him from going AWOL having too look over both shoulders after that (sorry Griff)
