John Pember Fulwood 1958

I am searching for any info on John Pember (full name Hubert John, also known as Taffy). He was born in South Wales (maybe Neath) around 1938/39. He was at the Fulwood Barracks Preston (14th north Block) in 1958. he was married to Dorothy Brown and they had a son Philip who was born at the barracks in 1958. He later moved to Wrexham.
