Got told last night the RWR cap bage is now ready for issue, is this correct?

Talking about cap badges, can someone tell me where I can get a blue beret, an RWF cap badge (staybright or brass) and a hackle (long or small one)? I am willing to purchase the items

Here in the South East all I can get my hands on is the Queens Regt/PWRR suff.
